Interviews
Now that I’ve changed to Wordpress, where my new blog is hosted. However, I am still trying to get used to using Wordpress.
Anyway, i just finished my final stage interview with the HR management of AIA. I would rather thank God as all went quite well last Friday. And besides that, I kinda enjoyed going through these interviews because it’s my 1st job interview after all. It’s different from the interviews that I ever had in College. Probably that’s just a role play, or practices during classes and they are totally different.
AIA, a reputable and financially strong International Company, of course will have a higher expectation from us during the interviews. Won’t you agree?

Initially, I didn’t know that they had 3 stages of interviews. It’s like going through levels in pc games that you play often.
1st stage: 1 on 1 interview with the Head of Department (Agency Training & Developing Department, AT&D, which is the department that I applied for)
2nd stage: Group Interview, whereby the leaders or Trainers, will gather, and I will have to present myself to them, by using power point presentation.
and lastly,
Final stage: Interview with the HR management.
As you can see I have gone through hurdles in applying for this job with AIA. Whatever that happens, I will just give all Glory to God. For He gave me this chance to start on a new chapter of my life.
Some of you have even helped me as well. =)
Thanks a lot, guys. (*Giggles)
That’s all for now, and you guys take care.
P.S. - I’m eagerly waiting for their reply on my performances and whether I’ll get the job from AIA. Lol.. just keep me in prayers ok ? =p
