Alright, I did promised that I’ll update the Philippine trips right? well… here it goes. =)….. It was quite an interesting trip. LOTS OF BABIs….. to eat…. muahahahhaha………..

Ya… Flew Air-Asia to Philippines, here’s DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (please dun ask me to read it… i dunno how to read…. =p)

ya…. Pastor Daniel came and fetch us. =)…. The road was quite clean, cars and vehicles coming though the left side… and…..WHAT!!??????? CARS COMING TOWARDS THE LEFT SIDE???????? OMG!!!!!! WE ARE GOING TO CRASH!!!!!!!…………………………………

Oh… Wait, don’t panic guys….. in Philippines, they follow the American styles, driving on right side, and…

YUP!!!! even the stearing wheel is on the left side. =)… at 1st i felt weird. I was sitting at the VIP seat. Then, also, I always mistaken the Driver seat and the VIP seat. *used to Malaysia’s car* hahha….. I went and open the driver door, and… opps…. Oh… Here pastor, i open for u… *try to cover the embarrassment*

Oh ya, Pastor Daniel Treat us eat “INSAMADA”… It’s like 1 BIG Cheese bread. AWESOME!!!! =) So, since the journey from The Airport to BAGIO City, Pastor Daniel decided to take us to Philippines’ MOST FAMOUS FAST FOOD Restaurant. NOPE!!! Not Macdonald, NOT KFC, and DEFINATELY NOT PIZZA HUT!!!!!

JOLLIBEE!!!!!!!!! Got 1 sentence that we created for Johnny…. hehehehe,

The foods were.. not so bad… =p… at 1st i thought this was burger… MANA TAu… RICE!!! swt!!!

Ya, they never seen foods b4… =p…. playing with foods…. so childish… =p

At 1st, I thought was like KFC’s Cheeze Wedges…. hahahh……………… yummy……….

CAn see??? wao…. BIG BANNER in the middle of the ROAD!!! JESUS!!!!! U don’t see these in Malaysia.. .=)

Finally…. After 6 hours of driving….. We have reached BAGIO… =p Look who’s here to welcome us.. =p

Sorry, it’s been so long since I updated my blog. Hahah….. was tied up with my schedules. Somemore this week,  Monday,  Travel to KLUANG  to conduct training, Then come back. Now, Wednesday, means later, will have to travel to Kluang again, conduct product workshop.

Then come back at night, for tomorrow needed to conduct new agent training for JB AIA, haha…. somemore 2 full days. THEN, HR (HUMAN RESOURCE) will be down this weekend, to conduct HR training, USING OUR WEEKEND somemore….. WHAT THE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh boy….. almost the whole department, my colleagues don’t want to attend. hahaha……

So, It’s like this, Working life should be fun right??? =) We work, or some.. so called work… haha….

Then the Boss is AWAY, THE EMPLOYEES WILL PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =p

YA, even in interview, for those who gone through, you should be fired-up right?? hahaha… JOB IS A TEST!!

And sometimes, usually, when you do good, no1 knows, but when the wrong has been done, THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS!!!!! =)

Therefore, there’s always physical fitness program, Free of charge for each company. hahaha

And not only that, do you know why ppl calls for meeting???? hahahaa………..

WORK WORK WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR GET FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =)

And sometimes, coffees are NEEDED to BOOST THE employees’ energy. hahhha…. IF not coffee….

WHO SAYS NOTHING CAN REPLACE COFFEE?????????????????? hahaha……………………………

Well, coffee is not the only problem around here, sometimes, INTERNAL company network is down until one cannot do anything. Or, was i wrong???? hehehehehe

COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! haha. Please take a NUMBER!!!!!!!!! hahhaha…………

Well, i should be updating on Philippines trips… but, not today…. TODAY, It’s a MAJOR event. I mean, not today, 1st and 2nd JUNE 2008.

OK, on 2nd June 2008, there was a HUGE gathering in front of Johor Bahru AIA, why????? check for yourself…

What were they signing??? Why is everyone sticking name cards? why rushing for the signatures????

COME ON!!!!! NOW i EVEN GAVE YOU ALL TIPS….. still don’t know???? sigh…. nvm…. ok…… Before June 1st, 2008, We WERE AIA, AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL ASSURANCE COMPANY….

OK!!!! EVERYONE!!! 1, 2, 33333333333….!!!! PULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

YEA!!! Pull… pull.. pull…. with POPS everywhere….white cloth falling out…. Celebration started… WHAT celebration you will ask… WALA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TATA…… Hahaha…. AIA, AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL ASSURANCE BEHARD, AIA have LOCALISED!!!! YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, AIA can sell TAKAFUL Insurance, and not only locally, BUT INTERNATIONAL TAKAFUL as well……heheeh……… AND THE BEST thing is,

you know, when 1 company wanted or needed to be localized, they need to have BUMIs in the company, and profit sharing with the Governments, BUT NOT AIA, FULLY 100% owned by AIA itself. YEA!!!!!!! GREAT NEWS!!!!!!! AND WE ARE LOCALIZED!!!!!!!!!! HOHOHOHHHO……….. Awsome!!!!

Then we had parties… yea…. =p…. oh ya… we had lion dance, but sorry, i dun take, or keep “lion dance” pictures, sorry. Not in my camera, not in my PC, laptops or ANYwhere in my life….. Personal testimony. =)….. If u want to know, ask me, i’ll tell you.

Anyway… back to here, then, our AIA AGM, Mr. TubaZi… aka Mr. BIG!!!!…. came from KL to Southern to celebrate with us… cool…..hahaa

Hehe… he’s funny… he even call those ppl, “guai Lo”… meaning, his kinds of ppl lo… haa… he dun mind calling them that name, even though he’s 1 of them..hahaha…. very motivating fela…. awsome..
